We accept documents, photos, and firsthand accounts of nursing home violations, ownership fraud, and billing abuse. All submissions are anonymous and handled securely.
What we're looking for
- ›Internal documents, incident reports, or inspection records
- ›Evidence of ownership fraud, shell company structures, or asset stripping
- ›Billing abuse, upcoding, or Medicare/Medicaid fraud
- ›Staffing falsification or unreported deficiencies
- ›Firsthand accounts from residents, families, or former employees
How to submit safely
Use Tor Browser for maximum anonymity. Download it at torproject.org and open our submission link from within Tor.
Do not submit from a work device or work network. Use a personal device on a personal network, or a public WiFi location you don't regularly visit.
No account required. GlobalLeaks does not log IP addresses. Your submission is end-to-end encrypted.
Source protection
We will never publish or share information that could identify a source without explicit consent. We do not store submission metadata, and we do not respond to legal demands for source identities. If you are a current employee with concerns about retaliation, we can provide guidance on whistleblower protections.
